"I flew with Brussels Airlines last…"
I flew with Brussels Airlines last week, it went better than I expected. My flight left right on time and we even landed a little early, which was a nice surprise. Boarding only took a short while, and by the time we were in the air, I wasn’t worried about making my connection at all. Overall, it was a really smooth experience.

The trip itself went smoothly overall, so I can’t really complain about that part. But whenever I had a question or needed a little help, it kind of felt like I was being dismissed rather than actually listened to. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit frustrating in the moment.

It’s not bad, but it could be a bit smoother!!! I expected the experience to feel more polished, and there were a few moments where it just felt a little rough around the edges!!

"Changing my flight took way longer than expected"
I needed to change my flight and thought it would be a quick thing, but the whole process ended up being frustrating. The website kept sending me around in circles, and the price I saw at first changed when I tried to confirm it. Support did reply, but I was hoping for a faster response and a clearer explanation. I did manage to get it sorted in the end, but it took way too long for something that should’ve been simple

"Easy booking, no stress"
Umm, I booked my flight through Brussels Airlines and it was straightforward. The site was easy to figure out, the prices and baggage options were clear, and I didn’t feel like I had to click around forever just to find what I needed.
Payment went through on the first try, and the confirmation email showed up almost right away. It was just a quick, stress-free booking experience, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’d use it again

I flew with Brussels Airlines last week, and the plane itself was okay, nothing special, but fine. The cabin crew, though, didn’t make the best impression. They seemed stressed, and kind of annoyed, whenever people asked simple questions. One crew member answered me like I was bothering her, which felt rude. Nothing major went wrong, to be fair, but the whole service felt cold, a bit unorganized, and not very welcoming. I expected just a little more basic politeness

Had a nice flight overall. The seat was comfy and there was actually decent leg room, which I always appreciate. I didn’t feel too cramped the whole time, so that’s a win for me

My flight ended up getting cancelled, which was frustrating at first, but Brussels Airlines handled it better than I expected. The rebooking and refund options were clear, and customer support got back to me fairly quickly. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but considering the situation, I think they dealt with it in a reasonable and fair way.

"Worked fine, just a bit clunky"
I was able to finish my booking in the end, so no major complaints, but the site felt a little slow in spots. A couple of pages took long enough to load that I started checking my coffee and wondering if my Wi-Fi was acting up. The baggage info also wasn’t super easy to find, and I had to click around for a while before I got what I needed. Not a terrible experience at all, but it could definitely be smoother and more straightforward.

I don’t get why people complain so much about flight notifications. I got clear updates right on time, and it made my trip way less stressful. Everything was straightforward, and I really don’t have any complaints.

"Kind of a messy boarding experience"
Boarding took forever, and the lines were... I don’t know, just really confusing. It wasn’t clear where people were supposed to go, and the staff seemed a bit unsure too. We ended up leaving late, and you could tell everyone was getting annoyed by the whole thing.

"My suitcase didn’t make it with me…"
My suitcase didn’t make it with me after my Brussels Airlines flight, which was stressful at first, it was just really bad timing because I needed a few things right away. I reported it at the airport and kept checking the updates on brusselsairlines.com. The tracking info was clear enough, and they sent me emails when the bag was found and sent out. It arrived at my hotel the next evening with nothing missing. Losing luggage is never fun, especially at the wrong moment, but they handled it well and kept me updated, so overall I’m happy with the service.

"Decent flight, but the food could be better"
I flew with Brussels Airlines the onboard food was a bit disappointing. The sandwich was dry and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while, and there wasn’t much to choose from. The drinks were basic too, and the coffee was weak. The staff were perfectly fine, so no complaints there, but for what the ticket cost, I think it’s reasonable to expect a better meal or at least a fresher option on board.

I’ve had a frustrating time with my miles not posting when they should. In my case, it took weeks for them to show up, and when I reached out to support, I felt like I was just being passed around without getting a real answer. I don’t have a lot of patience for this kind of thing. The staff barely came around, and most of the time it felt like we were just being ignored. I kept waiting for someone to check in, but it just didn’t really happen.
